- In-theatre support: provide expert, hands-on clinical support and technical guidance during live surgical procedures.
- Surgeon & KOL engagement: build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders across a range of surgical specialties.
- Adoption & conversion: open new accounts and drive adoption and conversion; lead product trials, evaluations, and in-service education.
- Tenders & procurement: run hospital tenders and navigate procurement and clinical/economic stakeholders largely independently.
- Market intelligence: track competitor activity and market dynamics, feeding clinical and commercial insight back to the business.
Essential requirements
- Proven track record selling surgical technologies or advanced operating room solutions into hospital environments, with genuine hands-on clinical case support experience.
- Credible clinical and anatomical knowledge; able to discuss procedures and indications directly with surgeons and OR teams.
- Demonstrated success introducing new technology and winning business from established competitors.
- Able to operate autonomously in a lean, fast-moving environment, with the discipline to run tenders and own a number.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel across the territory based on clinical activity and customer requirements.
What's on offer
- Earnings: competitive base salary, band to confirm, with uncapped monthly commission paid on invoices, plus quarterly performance bonuses.
- Package: company car (or allowance by country) and full business expenses.
- Benefits: six weeks' annual leave, plus pension, health and social security via an established employer-of-record arrangement.
- Opportunity: genuine autonomy to build a territory your way, high visibility to the CEO and European leadership, and a clear path to expanded scope or country leadership for high performers as the business grows.
