• Define and deliver evidence generation activity in partnership with external agencies, including testimonials, white papers and podium speaker development

• Define and manage KOL engagement programmes across EMEA markets

• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and social channels

• Provide strategic input on targeting and segmentation to sharpen commercial focus across EMEA

• Travel extensively across EMEA to support distributors directly and build first-hand market understanding

Essential requirements:

• Proven field-based clinical/case support experience with distributor networks or direct sales teams

• Track record developing training materials, quick guides and objection-handling content for field and distributor use

• Experience operating through third-party distributors, building relationships and driving accountability without formal line authority

• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine self-starter mindset, comfortable identifying needs and prioritising independently with limited support

What's on offer:

• Competitive base salary, to be confirmed once final role seniority is agreed with the client

• Fully remote role, based anywhere in EMEA, with regular travel to support the distributor network

• High-autonomy position shaping commercial, marketing and evidence generation strategy for a fast-growing surgical technology business

• Direct reporting line into the EMEA Commercial Officer, with genuine influence over EMEA go-to-market approach
