Director of Product Management – Healthcare Services.

The Role

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Leader to drive the development and commercialisation of mission-critical healthcare services.

This high-impact leadership position offers full end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and optimisation. You will define product strategy, build cross functional alignment, and act as the face of the product with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·      Own full product strategy and lifecycle management across healthcare offerings

·      Lead development of innovative digital, physical, and hybrid healthcare solutions

·      Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Sales, IT, and Digital teams to build and scale offerings

·      Engage with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders to drive adoption and shape product direction

·      Translate client and market needs into actionable product roadmaps

·      Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new and existing services

·      Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements

·      Represent the product at industry events, client meetings, and strategic initiatives

·      Contribute to broader business strategy and growth planning across the Americas

Qualifications &Experience

·      Extensive experience in B2B product leadership within healthcare, risk services, or adjacent industries

·      Proven track record of building and scaling products in complex, ambiguous environments

·      Strong expertise in full product lifecycle, from market research to launch and optimisation.

·      Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders and enterprise clients

·      Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience driving both strategy and execution

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·      Residency or willingness to relocate to Houston, TX (hybrid on-site leadership role)
